Cookie policy
This policy explains the cookies and storage currently used on this website and how to control them.
Note: this is a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish-language version of this cookie policy shall prevail.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on the user's device when visiting a website. They make it possible to remember information about the visit, improve browsing and offer tailored content. Similar technologies, such as pixels, beacons or local storage, are also used.
2. Who uses the cookies?
The owner of this website is Julia Carmen Hurtado Ruiz, Tax ID (NIF) 17471159Z, address C/Cabo Ras, 6, Edificio Flores, esc2, 1ºC, San Javier, Murcia, Spain. For any query about cookies, you can write to julia@juliahurtadoabogada.com.
3. Cookies and storage in use
The purposes currently used are:
- Necessary technical storage: the local storage key jh-cookie-consent remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies. It remains in this browser until you delete site data or change your choice. Consent is not required.
- Booking calendar (Calendly), optional: only after permission is given does the third-party service load to display availability and manage bookings. It may use Calendly cookies and storage under its own policy.
4. Third-party cookies
The embedded calendar is provided by Calendly. Its code does not load before this category is authorised. See https://calendly.com/legal/privacy-notice and https://calendly.com/legal/cookie-notice.
The current configuration does not include cookie tools for:
- Browsing analytics such as Google Analytics.
- Behavioural advertising.
- Social media widgets that set cookies when this website loads. External links are not embedded widgets.
5. Managing cookies
Change your choice using the Cookie settings button on the website. Necessary storage remains active; Calendly is optional. You can also delete site data or manage cookies in your browser:
Rejecting allows you to continue browsing. The embedded calendar does not load, but can be opened in a new tab. Withdrawing permission prevents further calendar loads; use browser settings to remove cookies already stored by the third party.
6. Consent
The notice appears on entry and requires an explicit choice. Accept authorises all optional cookies in use; Reject blocks them; Customise lets you enable or disable Calendly and save your choice. Optional cookies are off by default. Continuing to browse is not consent. You may read the Cookie Policy before deciding.
7. Changes to this policy
This cookie policy may be amended to adapt to legislative changes, changes in the tools used or in the cookies employed. It is recommended that you review it periodically.
