Self-employed and small businesses
Legal advice for the self-employed, small companies and family-run businesses in Murcia and across Spain: company and commercial matters, contracts, unpaid invoices, foreign staff, and monthly or one-off legal support.
Lawyer in San Javier (Murcia): in-person by appointment and online throughout Spain.
Most legal problems in a small business do not start in a courtroom: they start with a contract that was never signed, an invoice nobody chased or a worker who was not yet allowed to work. I help you close deals properly and fix them when something goes wrong.
I work with self-employed professionals, single-member companies and family businesses on the matters that usually sit outside day-to-day accounting: setting up the company and how it runs internally, contracts with clients and suppliers, debt collection, hiring foreign staff and, if the activity cannot survive, an orderly closure that does not put your personal assets at risk.
You can give me a single matter or keep me available with a monthly fee: in both cases we agree the scope and the cost in advance. I do not replace your accountant or payroll advisor: I handle the legal side, which is where reviewing things early is what avoids litigation.
